Aziza's Residential Care is a residential care home in Fergus Falls, MN with 24-hour staffing, supporting adults with disabilities and elderly individuals to live as independently as possible — surrounded by people who know them.
About Calvin
Calvin opened Aziza's because he believes a residential care home can feel like an actual home — not a waiting room. He's hands-on, he knows every resident by name, and he runs the place around one question:
what would help this person have a better day?
That mindset shows up everywhere — in the trips to the corn maze, in the hot tub conversations, in the way medication management is just one quiet part of a whole life.
The home
Original woodwork. A kitchen everyone passes through. A back deck with a hot tub residents will tell you about within five minutes of meeting them. The kind of place that smells like coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening.

A day in the life
The day is built around what residents actually want to do. Pumpkin carving in October. Vikings games when we can swing it. Music in the garage. The yearly trip to the corn maze that has become a little bit legendary. Birthday cakes that are just a little inappropriate.

Our care
Every resident has a plan built around their actual day — not a checklist. Some need help with medication and meals; others want a hand at appointments and a quiet companion in the evenings. We build around the person and adjust as life changes.
Support around the clock. Bathing, dressing, mobility — done with dignity.
Storage, scheduling and administration. Coordinated with prescribers and pharmacy.
Three home-cooked meals plus snacks. Built around preferences and any dietary needs.
Laundry, light housekeeping, transportation, scheduling. The unglamorous, important stuff.
The YMCA, the lake, the corn maze, the stadium. Real life happens outside the house too.
A written plan for every resident — reviewed and adjusted as preferences and needs change.
